How and when can customers contact you?

Customers can contact me at anytime by visiting the ‘Contact’ page of the website and choosing one of the preferred methods of contact to get in touch! Please give me at least 48 hours to respond to all questions, comments, concerns, or inquiries! 

 

Do you accept commissioned projects?

I do accept commissioned projects! Please visit the ‘Contact’ page and send an inquiry on commissioned projects and I will be in touch. 


What are your payment terms?

I currently do not accept any payment terms for artwork.

 

Do you have a return policy?

If an item you have purchased has been damaged or stolen. We will go over the tracking info and confirm the loss or theft of any artwork. If an item has been damaged due to postal service handling and shipping, please return the artwork back to me with the address provided and we’ll be able to refund full price or exchange artwork of your choosing. 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

All shipping will be standard and free of charge when you purchase any artwork!
